Made from English Britannia Metal. This silver plated double compartment Tea caddy is Circa 1860.

This has no makers mark, but was made by W.S.Burton, Silversmiths , in Londons fashinable West End.

impressed on the base is 77 and 88.

Some wear to the silver as expected. Generally the condition is very good.
