CANCELLATION POLICY

Any order maybe cancelled by notifying us by email, prior to the order being dispatched

nz Delivery

Quick dispatch and delivery:
We aim to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Normal dispatch time is the next day. Delivery times within the North Island are expected to be 2 - 3 days , and to the South Island 4-5 days. However we are reliant on either NZ Post or our Couriers and some delays that occur are out of our control .
Delivery Method and Labelling:
Your selections will be delivered to your door.
Signature Required:
All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.
Despatch Notification:
We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
